Job Summary:

Seeking a highly experienced ICU RN to provide critical patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. This role requires expertise in intensive care procedures and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols.
• Facilitate patient and family education regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation within electronic medical records.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current New York State Registered Nurse license.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of RN experience, with at least 3 years in ICU/CCU.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC electronic health record systems.
• Have recent ICU/CCU experience and proficiency in critical care skills.
• Be willing to float to Med Surg/Tele units as needed.
• Possess current certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA.
