Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with orthopedic experience to provide exceptional patient care in the Operating Room setting. The role involves participating in weekend call rotations, holiday coverage, and responding to on-call needs as required.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative nursing care for orthopedic patients.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and assist with patient needs outside of scheduled hours.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth operative procedures and patient safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient histories, interventions, and progress.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid nursing license with current credentials.
• Possess at least 2 years of orthopedic nursing experience.
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Be willing to participate in weekend, holiday, and on-call schedules.
• Exhibit strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
