Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units, ensuring safety and optimal health outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and observe for any changes or adverse reactions.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and their families on management of health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide critical interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid RN license and current licensure in the applicable state.
• Demonstrate at least 1-2 years of recent experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Maintain current CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Show excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
