Job Summary:
The OR RN Manager is responsible for overseeing perioperative nursing operations during the day shift. This role involves providing leadership, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and maintaining high-quality patient care within the operating room environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate perioperative nursing staff to ensure efficient surgical procedures.
• Monitor clinical practices to maintain compliance with safety and healthcare regulations.
• Develop and implement policies to improve operational workflows.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff to foster professional growth.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage patient care activities and ensure documentation accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license and BLS certification.
• Possess at least five years of technical experience in perioperative nursing.
• Demonstrate at least one year of leadership experience.
• Have a minimum of two years of acute care nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Exhibit strong clinical and leadership skills.
