Job Summary:
Provide specialized inpatient nursing care within interventional radiology, ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures. Flexibility to support other radiology nursing areas as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
• Monitor patients during procedural sedation and recovery phases.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR system.
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adapt to floating to various radiology nursing areas as required.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 2 years of experience in interventional radiology nursing.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC EMR system.
• Hold current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing.
• Maintain up-to-date CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Have experience with procedural sedation and patient recovery.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
