Job Summary:
Seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse to provide expert emergency care in a fast-paced ER setting. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient assessment, treatment, and coordination services.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly upon arrival and determine priority level.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and safety.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the practicing state or jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in emergency or critical care nursing.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS required.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment.
