Job Summary:
The Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations to assist physicians in evaluating patient conditions. The role requires technical expertise and adherence to clinical protocols to ensure high-quality imaging.

Responsibilities:

• Operate ultrasound equipment to capture diagnostic images for various medical conditions.
• Prepare patients for procedures by explaining processes and positioning them appropriately.
• Follow established protocols and safety guidelines to ensure optimal imaging results.
• Review and analyze images for quality assurance before submitting to physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.
• Ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations regarding patient care and data security.

Qualifications:

• Valid ARDMS or CCI certification in Sonography required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical ultrasound experience in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Strong knowledge of ultrasound technology and imaging techniques.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed clinical instructions and safety procedures.
• Certification in BLS or CPR preferred.
