Job Summary:


Seeking an experienced OR Circulator to join a busy surgical team. The ideal candidate will support various surgical procedures across multiple specialties, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency.



Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate surgical procedures in the operating room.
  
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams during operations, including handling instruments and supplies.
  
• Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols throughout each procedure.
  
• Monitor patient condition and provide updates to the team as needed.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of surgical activities and equipment usage.
  
• Operate the Da Vinci robotic system for applicable surgeries, particularly Neurosurgery cases.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Valid RN license with OR Circulator certification.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of OR circulator experience, preferably in neurosurgery.
  
• Proficiency in handling multiple surgical specialties including ortho, general, eye, podiatry, gyn, pain, urology, neurosurgery, and hand surgery.
  
• Comfortable operating and troubleshooting the Da Vinci robotic system.
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Ability to work 10 days per month or fewer, with flexible scheduling.
