Job Summary:

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using CT equipment to assist in patient diagnosis. The role requires ensuring patient safety and delivering high-quality imaging services in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT imaging equipment to acquire diagnostic images with precision and attention to detail.
• Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure patient safety by adhering to safety protocols and properly managing exposure levels.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver optimal patient care.
• Complete quality control checks and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio CT license with active registration.
• Have at least 2 years of recent experience in CT imaging.
• Possess ARRT certification in CT.
• Be BLS certified and maintain active credentials.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments.
• Be willing to obtain Ohio license if not already secured.
