Job Summary:

Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate patient care during your shift.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care according to severity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Department nursing.
• Ability to work 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
