Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role requires thorough clinical expertise and adherence to safety standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival to deliver prompt and efficient care.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in their condition promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and infection control guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid NJ License/Compact RN license.
• Possess a BSN degree from an accredited program.
• Have a minimum of three (3) years of recent Emergency Department experience.
• Demonstrate experience in high-volume, fast-paced healthcare environments.
• Hold current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications; pending or soon-to-expire certifications are not accepted.
• Travel experience, including at least one completed contract assignment, preferred.
