Job Summary:
Provide specialized respiratory therapy services to patients, supporting cardiopulmonary care under the supervision of medical leadership. The therapist ensures safe and effective respiratory treatments within a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and clinical observations.
• Operate and troubleshoot Epic EMR system to document and track patient data.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including dress code and infection control measures, such as wearing navy blue scrubs and avoiding false nails.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid and unexpired Respiratory Therapist license and registration with the state board.
• Be experienced in using Epic electronic health record system.
• Have prior clinical experience in a hospital environment providing cardiopulmonary care.
• Demonstrate excellent patient care skills and attention to detail.
• Possess strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Be willing to comply with hospital dress code and grooming policies, including the prohibition of false nails.
