Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with OR experience to support cardiovascular, vascular, cardiac, thoracic, gynecological, and general OR procedures. This role requires flexibility, strong charting skills, and the ability to handle vascular/hybrid cases.

Responsibilities:

• Perform circulating duties for complex surgical procedures, including vascular and hybrid cases.
• Assist with scrubbing on select cases, utilizing provided scrubs.
• Manage preoperative and postoperative patient care to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation within Cerner and PowerChart systems.
• Adhere to scheduled shifts, including staggered 10-hour days, on-call, and weekend rotations.
• Comply with RTO requests, submission deadlines, and scheduling protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid NJ or Compact State RN license at the time of submission.
• Possess at least 1 year of OR experience, with cardiovascular or vascular case exposure preferred.
• Be ACLS and BLS certified.
• Demonstrate experience with Cerner and PowerChart charting systems.
• Have reliable references from managers within the last 24 months.
• Be willing to travel and flexible with shifts, including weekends and on-call duties.
