Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specialized in telemetry to provide high-quality patient care. This role involves monitoring cardiac patients and ensuring optimal clinical outcomes during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and monitor cardiac rhythms continuously.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
• Communicate findings effectively to the healthcare team.
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Proven experience in telemetry or cardiovascular nursing.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM shifts and every other weekend/Holiday.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
