Job Summary:

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and effective treatment through expert clinical skills and compassionate support.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity levels.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Valid registered nurse (RN) licensure and current state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency room nursing experience.
• Strong knowledge of emergency care protocols and procedures.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS certification preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and perform under pressure in high-stress situations.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
