Job Summary:
Provide specialized radiation therapy treatments to cancer patients in a fast-paced oncology unit. Ensure precise delivery of radiation protocols utilizing advanced equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer targeted radiation treatments such as 3D, IMRT, SBRT, and SRS according to physician orders.
• Operate and troubleshoot Varian TrueBeam and Trilogy systems to ensure accurate dose delivery.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and update patient treatment plans.
• Perform CT simulations, typically 3-4 per day, ensuring precise mapping for therapy.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in the ARIA EMR system.
• Adhere to safety procedures and dress code, including scrubs, to uphold facility protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active ARRT license in radiation therapy.
• Possess BLS CPR certification.
• Have at least 2 years of clinical radiation therapy experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Varian treatment machines and ARIA EMR.
• Display strong teamwork skills and adaptability across different equipment.
• Be able to lift and position patients safely and comfortably.
