Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse will provide outpatient dialysis care for chronic renal patients in a fast-paced clinical setting. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to float between multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality outpatient dialysis care to ESRD patients following established protocols.
• Float to different facilities, including St. Albans and Berlin, ensuring seamless patient care across sites.
• Maintain accurate documentation utilizing EPIC electronic health records, with experience from the past two years.
• Adhere to the schedule, working flexible shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours, including Saturday coverage.
• Comply with safety standards and protocols, including AHA BLS certification, to ensure patient and staff safety.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license on file at the time of submission.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in outpatient dialysis.
• Have recent EPIC EMR experience within the last two years.
• Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling and the ability to work various shift lengths.
• Be able to explain employment gaps of over 90 days comprehensively.
