Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced X-ray/Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week assignment. The role involves providing diagnostic imaging services, primarily focusing on X-ray procedures, within a hospital or clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures including X-ray exams using Carestream portable machines.
• Ensure proper patient positioning and safety while maintaining image quality.
• Document all procedures accurately in Epic electronic medical records.
• Adhere to travel compliance policies, including mileage restrictions and float requirements.
• Manage call responsibilities, covering one 8-hour shift every two weeks, including weekdays and weekends.
• Maintain certifications, licenses, and compliance with facility policies.

Qualifications:

• ARRT certification required; valid state license in hand or pending approval, with license in hand by the start date.
• Minimum of 13 weeks of radiologic technologist experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with Epic EMR and Carestream portable imaging preferred.
• Ability to float within scope of practice and work flexible hours, including call shifts.
• BSN desired; Nursys verification required.
• Must comply with travel and license regulations, including the 50-mile radius rule in specified units.
