Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery to provide comprehensive care in a Critical Access Hospital. The role involves managing expectant mothers through labor, delivery, postpartum, and mother and baby care, ensuring safe and personalized patient experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prenatal, labor, and postpartum care to expectant mothers.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs throughout labor and delivery.
• Assist in childbirth procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Educate mothers on postpartum care and newborn care post-discharge.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license with active state licensure.
• Proven experience in Labor and Delivery or maternal-child health.
• Strong knowledge of fetal monitoring and obstetric procedures.
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
