Job Summary:
Provides specialized nursing care for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered treatment and monitoring for acuity levels that require advanced clinical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans for ICU patients.
• Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and clinical data to detect any changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and clinical interventions accurately and timely.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the appropriate state or jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in critical care procedures and equipment.
• Hold current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong assessment and communication skills in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions.
