Job Summary:

Experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care, providing critical patient assessment, treatment, and support in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for delivering high-quality patient services during overnight shifts, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions quickly and accurately upon arrival.
• Administer emergency treatments, medications, and interventions as prescribed.
• Document patient history, assessments, care plans, and progress diligently.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement effective care strategies.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active California RN license.
• possess BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of ER nursing experience.
• Exhibit excellent critical thinking and clinical judgment skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Maintain proof of negative TB screen within the past 12 months.
