Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to support operating rooms with advanced total joint procedures. The candidate will prepare sterile fields, assist surgeons efficiently, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sterile surgical fields, set up instruments, and assist during operations.
• Aid surgeons by passing instruments, holding retractors, and anticipating their needs.
• Support departmental functions through supply distribution and equipment maintenance.
• Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and safety protocols to ensure patient safety and privacy.
• Assist in orienting new staff and perform specific procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of Surgical Technologist experience in a sterile environment.
• Current BLS certification issued by AHA or American Red Cross.
• Proven experience with total joint surgeries required.
• Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, equipment, and surgical procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical setting.
• Must hold valid state licensure and be compliant with travel and background policies.
