Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide compassionate and specialized care in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit at a high-performing hospital. The RN will monitor critically ill patients, manage complex treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions accurately and continuously monitor vital signs and clinical status.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and advanced therapies following established protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient care, interventions, and progress in electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient acuity, alerting relevant healthcare providers as needed.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with proven experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to handle high-acuity patients and work effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
