Job Summary:
Seeking experienced registered nurses for a Burn ICU/PCU/Stepdown unit providing specialized care to critically ill and recovering patients. This role requires flexibility, clinical expertise, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care in a Burn ICU/PCU setting, including ventilator management and specialty beds.
• Monitor patient conditions closely, utilizing Meditech documentation to ensure accurate and timely updates.
• Collaborate with charge RNs, techs, and unit staff to coordinate care and staffing needs.
• Implement advanced procedures as needed, adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards.
• Provide patient and family education to support recovery and transition from critical care.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Tennessee or appropriate state licensure.
• At least 2 years of recent ICU, PCU, or stepdown nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in ventilator management and critical care procedures.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including minimum of four weekend shifts per schedule.
