Job Summary:

Provide specialized interventional radiology and neuro procedural support in a fast-paced hospital setting. Ensure high-quality patient care by performing a variety of vascular and neuro interventions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Administer neuro and vascular interventional radiology procedures, including strokes, aneurysms, SAH, GIB, EMBO’s, nephrostomy, and gastrostomy tubes.
• Operate advanced imaging equipment such as Siemens Bi-plane and single-plane angiography systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation within EMR and PACS systems, ensuring compliance with protocols.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate patient care and procedural success.
• Respond promptly to on-call rotations, providing support during nights and weekends as scheduled.
• Adhere to unit guidelines, hospital policies, and safety standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT RT (R) credentials and current BLS certification.
• Possess at least 6 months of recent acute care hospital IR Tech experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in neuro interventional procedures, including stroke, aneurysm, and SAH treatments.
• Exhibit strong technical skills with vascular intervention imaging practices.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
