Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Surgical OR Nurse to join a busy surgical department. The ideal candidate will have strong operating room experience and proficiency with EPIC electronic health records.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist during surgical procedures in a high-volume OR setting.
• Maintain sterile environment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Document patient care and surgical interventions accurately in EPIC system.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Take call as required for all OR agency positions.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Proven experience with EPIC electronic health records.
• Must have current nursing licensure and relevant certifications.
• Ability to work flexible hours including taking call shifts.
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
