Job Summary:
The CT Technologist will operate advanced imaging equipment to perform diagnostic scans, ensuring high-quality images for accurate diagnosis. The role requires working in a Level 1 Trauma and Stroke Center, with experience in high-volume, fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT scanners, including Philips 128 iCT Sp, GE Rev EVO 64, Siemens Edge Plus 128, to acquire diagnostic images.
• Verify patient identification and explain procedures to ensure patient comfort and compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of scans and patient records within the EMR system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to optimize imaging protocols.
• Adhere to safety standards for radiation protection and infection control.
• Float to different units or campuses as required, demonstrating proficiency in various procedures and competencies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent CT imaging experience in a hospital setting.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology.
• CT Certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Omnicell medication systems and Epic EMR.
• Ability to work evening shifts (Tuesday-Friday, 14:00-23:30).
• Valid BLS certification required.
