Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients with neuro, musculoskeletal, or orthopedic conditions, aiming to improve mobility and functional independence. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized treatment plans and optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to develop effective treatment strategies.
• Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document assessment findings, treatment interventions, and progress notes accurately.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.

Qualifications:

• Hold an unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license.
• Possess current healthcare provider-level BLS certification.
• Demonstrate ability to travel to multiple points of care.
• Show experience in neuro, musculoskeletal, or orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Exhibit strong communication and patient engagement skills.
