Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive physical therapy services in a hospital-based inpatient and outpatient setting, supporting patient recovery and functional improvement. Leads a team, manages clinic operations, and collaborates with medical staff to deliver high-quality care aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of hospital-based inpatient and outpatient physical therapy clinics.
• Lead and support a team of therapists, fostering professional development and a collaborative work environment.
• Conduct skilled physical therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy services.
• Coordinate orthopedic specialty clinics, including screening and prioritizing referrals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant corporate, state, and federal guidelines governing physical therapy practice.
• Optimize department revenue and control expenses to promote financial sustainability.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Possess a valid Alaska Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Have at least four (4) years of full-time patient care experience; managerial experience preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation systems.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills with diverse patient populations and team members specializing in various cultures.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
