Job Summary:
Seeking experienced CVICU RNs willing to cover CCU as needed. Candidates with Day 0 CVICU experience and strong critical care skills are preferred to provide quality patient care in a community-oriented hospital in Colorado.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced cardiac care to CVICU and CCU patients, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions closely, responding swiftly to changes or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress.
• Participate in call rotation, providing after-hours coverage as required, including one call shift every two weeks.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including mandatory flu vaccination and certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate strong CVICU skills and a minimum of 3 years of critical care nursing experience.
• Hold a current Colorado RN license in good standing.
• Possess BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Have experience working in a fast-paced ICU environment with complex cardiac cases.
• Be willing to work 12-hour night shifts with weekend rotation and call duties.
