Job Summary:
Provide rehabilitative services to patients by assessing their needs and developing customized treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote recovery and improve patient mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions to determine appropriate therapy interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed to meet recovery goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and therapy progress.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Have excellent assessment and communication skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Ability to commit to a 13-week assignment with guaranteed hours.
