Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Sleep Tech for a per diem assignment. The ideal candidate will possess relevant licensure and experience in polysomnography or sleep technology, providing essential sleep studies and patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and monitor sleep studies in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Ensure accurate setup and calibration of sleep testing equipment.
• Collect and analyze sleep data to assist physicians in diagnosis.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient procedures and observations.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid New York State license as a Polysomnographer or Sleep Tech at the time of submission.
• Possess BLS certification; RRTs with sleep experience are also considered.
• Demonstrate knowledge of sleep study procedures and equipment.
• Exhibit strong patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
