Job Summary:
Provides skilled nursing care in inpatient units including ICU, Stepdown, and Med/Surg. Responsible for monitoring patient conditions and delivering comprehensive care during night shifts on an every-other-weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and respond to patient vital signs and clinical changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient treatments and interventions.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in electronic health records.
• Float across all inpatient units, including ICU, Stepdown, and Med/Surg, ensuring seamless patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven experience in ICU, Stepdown, or Med/Surg units.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to floating responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
