Job Summary:

Provide expert pharmacy services in a hospital setting during night shifts, supporting a wide variety of clinical activities and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. This role requires strong management skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage pharmacy operations independently for 5.5 hours of each shift, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Administer medication dispensing using Pyxis, CIISafe, and VigiLanz systems.
• Perform clinical procedures such as medication consultations for warfarin, vancomycin, TPN, and insulin.
• Provide drug information, intervention management, and support to healthcare team members.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, unit guidelines, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with a experienced multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Pharmacist license with at least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Pyxis, CIISafe, and VigiLanz software.
• Possess strong management skills to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with hospital medication procedures and documentation systems.
• BLS and ALS certifications preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, diverse clinical environment.
