Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. Deliver personalized treatment plans in accordance with clinical standards and patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop tailored therapy plans.
• Implement and adjust treatment techniques to optimize recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and injury prevention.
• Document patient progress and modify therapies as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state licensure as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Have the ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
