Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional ability following injury or illness. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical condition and develop tailored therapy programs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention techniques.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical outcomes accurately.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid and current state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Possess excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Bring at least 1-2 years of clinical experience in outpatient or inpatient settings.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
