Job Summary:
Provide expert nursing care to laboring patients in a fast-paced delivery setting. Ensure patient safety and comfort through skilled clinical interventions and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assess fetal and maternal status to determine appropriate care needs.
• Administer medications and perform clinical procedures in accordance with standards.
• Monitor labor progress and respond promptly to deviations.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families about childbirth processes and postpartum care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with relevant state Board of Nursing.
• Require BLS and NRP certification.
• Demonstrate previous experience in labor and delivery setting, preferably with Epic EMR.
• Possess strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
