Job Summary:
Provide specialized intensive care nursing services to critically ill patients during night shifts, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and adherence to clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders.
• Document patient status and care provided accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse license.
• Possess ICU experience with recent critical care practice.
• Require ACLS and BLS certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Cerner electronic health record system.
• Epic experience strongly preferred.
• Be available to work night shifts, with flexibility for 36/48-hour schedules.
