Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering rehabilitative care to patients, ensuring they meet their recovery goals. Provide direct support within established treatment plans, fostering patient progress and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Administer therapeutic treatments under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Evaluate patient responses and document progress in accordance with facility protocols.
• Assist in developing patient care plans by preparing necessary equipment and materials.
• Educate patients on exercises and routines to facilitate ongoing therapy.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Recommend possessing a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license with Certificate of Authority.
• Require at least one year of previous experience in a similar clinical setting.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of rehabilitative techniques and protocols.
• Possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Show ability to work independently while following indirect supervision guidelines.
