Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist to provide specialized oncology radiation treatments at a prominent cancer center. The role involves delivering advanced radiation therapies using cutting-edge equipment within a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation treatments such as VMAT, 3D treatments, SRS, SBRT, and emergency procedures following physician directives.
• Operate advanced equipment including Truebeam Linac and iX systems.
• Monitor patient response and ensure safety protocols are maintained throughout treatment sessions.
• Document procedures accurately using Mosaiq and Meditech systems.
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists and healthcare staff to optimize patient care and treatment plans.
• Maintain current certifications and adhere to hospital policies and dress code standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT certification and BCLS certification.
• Possess 4 or more years of radiation therapy experience, with preference for Truebeam and OSMS familiarity.
• Demonstrate proficiency in KV, MV, CBCT, and emergency treatment procedures.
• Experienced in delivering VMAT, 3D, SRS, SBRT, and emergency treatments.
• Ability to work M-F days, with flexibility for coverage as needed.
