Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated surgical technician to support surgical procedures in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role involves assisting surgical teams with sterile techniques and patient care before, during, and after surgery.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms with necessary sterile instruments and supplies.
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures to ensure smooth operation flow.
• Maintain strict sterile techniques and infection control standards.
• Monitor and document patient status and surgical outcomes.
• Manage surgical equipment and ensure proper sterilization and readiness.
• Provide post-operative support and secure patient safety during recovery.

Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent certification required.
• Previous experience in surgical settings preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including call and weekends as needed.
