Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to lead an EPIC conversion project on a short-term contract basis. The role involves managing Epic system implementation and ensuring seamless integration with existing healthcare processes.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute Epic system conversion activities to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to facilitate data migration and system testing.
• Provide training and support to staff on Epic platform functionalities.
• Monitor system performance post-implementation and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Document conversion procedures and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid California nursing license required.
• Minimum of 6 months of Epic experience within the last 12 months.
• Proficiency with both Cerner and Epic systems essential.
• Experience with system conversions or similar technical projects preferred.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
