Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for an 8-week contract involving EPIC system conversion. The role requires clinical expertise in medical-surgical care, with a focus on Epic and Cerner EMR systems, supporting a smooth transition and maintaining high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute clinical tasks essential for a hospital EPIC conversion project.
• Document patient care accurately using Epic and Cerner electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless system integration and workflow continuity.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including balloon pump and Impella device management protocols.
• Comply with certification requirements, including BLS, ACLS, NIH, and CA licensure.
• Participate in orientation sessions scheduled for August 3rd or 17th and meet start date requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CA State RN license within the specified timeline.
• Possess a minimum of 6 months of recent Epic experience within the last 12 months.
• Demonstrate proficiency in both Epic and Cerner EMR systems.
• Have current BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications, and experience with Balloon Pump and Impella devices.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts with no RTO requests during the contract period.
