Job Summary:
The Radiology Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays and fluoroscopy, to assist physicians in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. The role requires adherence to safety standards and regulation compliance while delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Operate mobile and stationary radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment to capture precise images.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations governing radiologic procedures.
• Maintain current licensure, fluoroscopy permits, and BCLS certification.
• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
• Accurately document procedures, images, and patient information in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver effective diagnostic services.

Qualifications:

• Hold required licensure and fluoroscopy permit as mandated by State regulations.
• Possess at least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist, preferably in acute clinical settings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer use and electronic health record systems.
• Have extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology relevant to radiologic procedures.
• Graduate from a JRCERT-accredited radiologic technology program.
• Maintain current BCLS (AHA) certification.
