Job Summary:
Provide specialized psychiatric care to patients in an inpatient setting, supporting their mental health recovery and ensuring safety. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver effective interventions and maintain a therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer psychiatric assessments and monitor patient progress.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision, following clinical protocols.
• Maintain safety by de-escalating crisis situations and ensuring proper restraint procedures.
• Document patient interactions and clinical observations accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Psychiatric Technician license.
• Possess BLS certification; CPI preferred, available on site.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of psychiatric experience in a healthcare setting.
• Maintain current CPR certification and relevant clinical credentials.
• Ability to work evenings, with flexible scheduling including every other weekend.
