Job Summary:

Provides outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic, pediatric, post-operative, and balance-impaired patients, promoting recovery and functional improvement under supervised protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans focused on orthopedics, sports injuries, and balance issues.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving strength, mobility, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Document clinical notes accurately in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold and maintain a valid physical therapy assistant license.
• Demonstrate competency working with orthopedic populations, young athletes, post-operative patients, and balance disorders.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience; 2 years preferred.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be willing to work days, Monday through Friday, with a 1:1 patient-to-therapist ratio.
