Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative services to patients. Support patient recovery through therapeutic exercises and treatments, ensuring quality care and adherence to treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Support physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Monitor patient progress and document responses to therapy.
• Assist patients with exercises and mobility activities.
• Prepare treatment environments and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and home exercises.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Has prior experience working in a healthcare or rehab setting.
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates excellent patient care and organizational abilities.
