Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide critical respiratory care services in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The therapist will operate ventilators, perform blood draws, and assist with bronchoscopies, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer ventilator management and monitoring for critically ill patients
• Perform blood draws, blood gases, and other diagnostic procedures
• Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment including Bipaps, oxygen delivery systems, and VAPOTHERM devices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
• Prioritize tasks effectively while operating under stressful conditions

Qualifications:

• Valid RRT or CRT certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
• Critical care or ER experience preferred
• Ability to operate ventilators, blood draw equipment, and other respiratory devices
• Excellent ability to prioritize and work under pressure
