Job Summary:
Provide expert patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring safety and optimal recovery. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive critical care services.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals to responses to therapies.
• Utilize Meditech 6.0 EMR system to document patient information accurately.
• Float to Med Surg units as needed to support patient care demands.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including 24-hour shifts, to ensure continuous coverage.
• Follow ACLS and BLS certification requirements to respond effectively in emergencies.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and hospital policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse license.
• Must possess current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Demonstrate prior ICU nursing experience.
• Be willing to float to Med Surg units as needed.
• Comply with call shift requirements, including 24-hour availability.
• Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills.
