Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing EEG procedures, ensuring accurate monitoring, documentation, and adherence to clinical protocols. Collaborate with the healthcare team to support diagnostic testing and patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient assessments and prepare patients for EEG procedures.
• Operate EEG equipment accurately and monitor real-time data during tests.
• Document patient responses and procedural findings precisely in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with neurologists and technicians to ensure quality and safety during testing.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols throughout patient care activities.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid and active RN license with at least 1 year of clinical experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EEG technology and related procedures.
• Possess EPIC electronic charting experience.
• Be flexible to float within scope if needed.
• BA or BSN degree preferred.
• Meet all background check requirements and compliance standards.
